Bee Team does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or other practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party websites and services is governed by their applicable terms and policies.
If you submit information through a contact or inquiry form, you represent that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to provide it, and that our receipt and use of it as described in our Privacy Policy will not violate another person's rights. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BEE TEAM AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bee Team and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or relating to your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service, information or materials you submit through the Service, or your material violation of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Bee Team's own unlawful conduct.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or any portion of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or poses a risk to the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will survive.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Orange County, California, or in the federal courts having jurisdiction over Orange County, California. You and Bee Team consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. This section does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or emergency equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of a dispute.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Bee Team's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or of its right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Bee Team.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bee Team concerning your use of the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications concerning that use. These Terms do not amend, replace, or supersede any separate written agreement between you and Bee Team governing Bee Team's services.
